Absolutely, after you have selected the ship to address and shipping method, you will be given the option to select a Future Ship Date. Your order will be shipped on the date you indicate. Note that the Future Ship Date is the date your order will be shipped, not the date your order will arrive.
Our products are produced using 100% certified gluten free ingredients. We do not use products, which contain “gluten reducing enzymes” or any other gluten limiting process. If it can contain gluten we DO NOT use it!

We work closely with our vendors and suppliers to insure only the freshest, finest, all natural ingredients go into our award-winning baked goods. We do not include any preservatives to ensure that everything we bake tastes as close to homemade as possible. We do not use ingredients produced using biotechnology. Further, our products have been tested by certified, outside laboratories and no GMOs have been identified.
The shelf life varies by product, where you may store it or the tempeture they may be stored in. Regardless if proper precautions are taken our product can last more then 7 months in the packaging. Currently, none of our products contain nuts; if they did, it would be indicated. People with severe nut allergies should note that nuts may be present in our manufacturing where the products are made.

Initial orders are shipped only when prepaid by credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards. Wholesale customers may apply for terms but please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Any checks returned due to insufficient funds are outsourced to a third-party collection company. A fee will be applied at their discretion. Ms. Michelle’s reserves the right to revoke payment terms at any time, without notice, and reinstate prepaid terms using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
